Herbal hair tea is a natural botanical rinse or spray made by steeping herbs in hot water, and it can provide several benefits for both the scalp and hair strands. Ingredients: Nettle Leaf, Horsetail, Rosemary,  Hibiscus, Fenugreek Seed, Marshmallow Root, Lavender.
 
Instructions: Add 1-2 tablespoons of herbs to 8 oz of boiling water. Allow it to steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Pour into your My Green Lover Spray Bottle. Refrigerate between uses and use within 5–7 days. Use as desired, 2–3 times weekly for best results.
